Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Certain situations allow only partial refunds (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Return Process

Step 1:

Within 30 days after receiving your order, email our customer service to explain the reason for the return/exchange and request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Only returned packages with an RA number will be accepted. We have the right to refuse packages sent without authorization. In that case, you will be responsible for all arising losses.

Step 2:

Prepare the returned items in secure packaging, including the original order invoice with the returns section completed.

Step 3:

Ship via insured or traceable method and email us the tracking number. Upon receipt, we will inspect the items and process your refund. Please allow 5-8 days for processing.


Refund (if applicable)

After receiving and verifying your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3-5 days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank for processing time.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the gift was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
