Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

BOZZON currently ships only to the Continental United States, excluding:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • American Samoa

  • Marshall Islands

  • Northern Mariana Islands

  • Palau

  • Puerto Rico

  • Rhode Island

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Armed Forces Americas, Europe, Pacific

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping – Free (2–5 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping – $12 (2 business days)

  • Priority Shipping – $21 (1 business day)

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping type selected. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double-check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Duties and Taxes

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

BOZZON is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Important: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.
